Cost Camping Registration costs include:
Camping and all event activities. We also have water, coffee, refreshments, and light snacks available in our commissary throughout the event. FIRST 175 CAMPERS RECEIVE A SPECIAL GIFT** **(tent, cabin, and camper van registrants only, day pass holders do not receive a gift) Costs are per person. CAMPING OPTIONS: $70 - Tent Space This option is for those camping overnight in their own tent. Please specify during registration if you wish to have others from your church or party stay on the same tent site and we will do our best to accommodate you. Registration is for 1 camper. $100 - Open-Air Cabin Bunk This option is for those camping overnight in an open air cabin. When you choose this option, you are reserving one bunk in one of these cabins. Please specify during registration if you wish to have others from your church or party stay in the same cabin, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Registration is for 1 camper. Cabin bunks are available for all attendees. $125 - Heated and Insulated Cabin Bunk This rec cabin is located in the general camping area. The sleeping area is insulated and has a space heater and A/C. It has 2 rooms and can accommodate 7 men on 4 lower bunks and 3 upper bunks. This cabin has ample storage in the communal area. $160 - "La Mott" Heated and Insulated Bunkhouse These cabins are located near the event parking area. The sleeping area is insulated and has a space heater and A/C. They vary in size and some have multiple rooms. This area can accommodate around 30 men. Plenty of storage in the communal area and it has laundry. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the main camping and meeting areas. We will provide Golf Cart transportation service for those that need assistance. DAY PASS OPTIONS: $25 - Single Day Pass This option gains you access to the campsite on one day of your choice, either Friday or Saturday. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE OVERNIGHT CAMPING. If you plan on eating you are still required to bring your own food or you can make prior arrangements with a camper to share food with them. You will be able to join a campsite for grille access. $45 - 2-Day Pass This option gains you access to the campsite on both Friday and Saturday. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE OVERNIGHT CAMPING. MERCHANDISE $12-15 - Event T-shirt Best selected at registration.
